RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, any returned item must be in the same condition as it was when shipped:
- Original sales receipt
- All original tags/packaging must be attached to the item
- No signs of dirt (deodorant, make-up, or any other stain)
- No machine or hand-washing
With the original receipt, in-store returns of regular-priced merchandise are eligible for exchanges, credit notes or gift cards within 14 days of your purchase. We do not offer refunds at this time.
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please contact us by phone at 613-789-6455 for a return authorization. We must be aware of the return prior to it being sent. Do not send items back without confirmation.
Once the return has been accepted, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping of the product. All exchanges or returns must arrive back at the shop within 7 days following return confirmation. Returns of regular-priced merchandise are eligible for exchanges, credit notes or gift cards. We do not offer refunds at this time.
