OTTAWA ORDERS
If you're in Ottawa, you have the option of picking up your online order in-store, free of charge! Just select "CUSTOMER PICK UP" when you check out.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
Orders placed before 12:00pm will get packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will get shipped the following day. Currently, we do not ship on national holidays.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard Service. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 2-14 days for delivery on orders within Canada. If you need faster service, please contact us at 613-789-6455* and we'll be glad to help.
Please make sure you enter the correct and complete shipping address (including apartment number) at the checkout. Milk accepts no liability for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can ship virtually anywhere outside of Canada!
International orders may be charged additional duties, taxes and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility and are payable upon receipt of the package. Milk is not liable for customs charges or losses that may arise from a customer refusing to pay the relevant duty on a purchase.
